He is a very special Boerboel, one of the last of the old school Boerboels.
This gentle giant is outstanding in every respect. He is calm and self-assured. Zulu is very people friendly, not dominant at all. His progeny are some of the best and and most correct Boerboels in the world. All those that have come to see him have been very impressed.
He has a gigantic Boerboel head and neck as well as still being well muscled. He is as hard as a rock and light on his feet. He is just as wide in the front as he is in the back. Zulu presents an intimidating appearance that everyone stops and takes notice of.
He is very easy to work with and his confidence and stable temperament are something special. He continues to impress. We have been very excited to use him in 2010 and he has not disappointed us at all with nice heavy boned pups from our girls.
He has fathered outstanding progeny such as; Piet-Zyn-Drift Ulli (92.3), Piet-Zyn-Drift Habana (91.4), Piet-Zyn-Drift Fortune (89.7), Piet-Zyn-Drift Tessa II (89.0), Piet-Zyn-Drift Tau (88.9). More than 40 of his progeny have scored at 80.0 or better.

#7 male in the world for 2009 also in the Stud Register. Not bad for 13 months old.
Motto is very thick with tremendous volume, excellent head, chest, muscling, top line, and bone structure, he also has very wide powerful hind quarters. He is built like a bulldozer, yet his movement is fluid and he is very agile.
His thickness is exactly what many Boerboels today are lacking. He is very calm, self-assured, easy to work with and not dominant at all.
He is completely impressive from every angle. Fearless, yet, not aggressive. If you are after thickness, muscle and Boerboel bone look no further.
Motto and Xena patrol the house at night. It is comforting to know that if anyone were to come into our home uninvited, they would first meet Motto and Xena, 260 lbs of Boerboel. Motto is the 1st male I raised from a puppy and he goes almost everywhere with me.

Mac is the son of the Great Nostras Zulu (92.6) and our Gretchen Neffe (83.4)
He is with the Moore family in Huber Heights and we are excited to see how he grows. If everything works out, hopefully we will use him in the future.
Mac is about as wide as he is tall. He is very playful and extremely thick front and back. We are excited to watch him grow.

Tapyt is the daughter of Spitsvuur Mandaat (85.6) X Spitsvuur Tessa (90.8).
We are excited to have her. She comes from 2 very successful female lines (Mollie X Tessa) at Spitsvuur and has been a great producer of large correct Boerboels. She was down in weight when we got her, now her size and thickness are coming back.
Although she is a large dog, she has the finish and balance of a small female. Like Tessa (90.8) her mother, she moves with grace and ease, on perfect legs with lots of muscle and bone. She is outstanding in head, neck, top line, rear, and legs and has very tight lips something we really appreciate from Spitsvuur. She is very mild and easy with her people but is protective and a bit dog dominant.
She gets her muscling and bone from both her mother and father which accounts for the great balance in her conformation and she moves like a ballerina.Tapyt is very similar in shape and color to her mother Spitsvuur Tessa (90.8) and her grandmother Jaws Tosca (85.4) and also her head is a throwback to her grandfather the well known Piona Lugar (86.4).
She has some nice siblings who have produced exceptional boerboels in Xandra Xara (88.3), Spitsvuur Keila (87.9) mother of our Xena (85.6), Xandra Joan (87.0), Spitsvuur Taxi (86.6), Spitsvuur Kanon (85.0), Spitsvuur Dina (82.6).

Tuffy is beautiful and very correct, looking at her clearly brings to mind her sire Cabaret Pavarotti (93.3), Spitsvuur Mandaat (85.1) and Cabaret Straat-Kat (87.8). She has excellent muscling, straight topline, and outstanding rear angulation. Her head, neck and back come together perfectly. With all this, a nice head, solid bone structure and her mother's dark coloring, she is a wonderful example of Boerboel strength, balanced with femininity!
She was the first South African Boerboel we bought from Spitsvuur as a pup and we took her everywhere. She goes on vacation with us, loves the water. She runs and jumps in right off of the dock with no fear or hesitation. She also sleeps on my wife's side of the bed.
Tuffy is very intelligent and can read my mind and having a high drive and awesome guarding instincts, she is very protective. With all of that she is also a good listener and very obedient to everyone in the family. We are expecting beautiful things out of her in the near future! She has been a slow developer, but she is up to about 115lbs of solid Boerboel.
To finish off her package, she has been the perfect mother with her 1st litter. Producing a large litter of very balanced and healthy red pups with Zulu

Neffe is out of the well known Gretchen Angus (87.4) X Gretchen Jessie II (85.9)
Neffe is a large yet balanced female. She is very muscular and also extremely agile. We were impressed with her shoulders, neck and muscularity, large bone structure and also her angulation, which is correct and add to that a nice big head.
Her greatest asset might be her temperament, she is very easy to handle. While we were building kennels for her and Zulu, she ran around and made friends with all the guys that worked on them.
Being scored very young, she has a lot of growing to do on her way to finishing out. We are sure she will improve greatly in the next year.
Neffe is energetic and loves to play, friendly, submissive as well as not being dog dominant. Making her that much more enjoyable. She runs and plays with our other dogs and we look forward to carefully pairing her with the most worthy males. She has produced very thick and heavy boned pups with nice heads for us. Nostras Zulu helped out as well.
Neffe is the litter mate of Gretchen Angus I (90.5).
Angus has fathered some outstanding dogs; Gretchen Bito (89.5), Gretchen Michelle (87.0), Gretchen Jennie I (88.4), Bunda Lodge Buffels (89.7) our Neffe is right up there with her siblings.

Straat-Kat is well known for his bone, head and muscling and he has passed that on to our Ghita. He has also sired many impressive Boerboels: Cabaret Pavarotti (93.3), Cabaret Kwaadkat (90.2), Cabaret Nenna (88.9), Cabaret Elna (88.5), Cabaret Tessa (87.5), Cabaret Zulu (87.3), Cabaret Wies Dar (87.3), and Marijoh Franco (86.1).
There is no doubt where she gets her size and shape. You can clearly see her sire Cabaret Straat-Kat in her conformation.
She is very dark in pigmentation and weighs in at a lean 125 lbs and stands 26 in. She has tremendous bone and it was clear from the beginning that her head is exactly like her fathers, the perfect Boerboel head. Ghita loves to go for walks and she is very people friendly and outgoing, but also shows good protective instincts.
She is growing into a big girl and her Muscling, Bone and Head are impressive. Very energetic and lively she is also extremely submissive to us and other dogs. She is not dog dominant.
Her temperament is so very pleasant. She is always happy and playful, we are glad to have her. If all goes well we are confident she will make an important contribution to our kennel and the Boerboel world. She is a big hit with everyone who visits as she is very friendly and she looks like a female Zulu.

Sasha is the daughter of PZD Beeste (91.8) and PZD Nala VI (87.9) Beeste is the grandson of our Nostras Zulu
Sasha is a very thick young female with lots of bone and substance. She is already showing her dominant nature and I am sure she will be a very spirited female.
Just on pedigree alone this is an impressive breeding but in person she is an eye catcher. A very large youngster with a lot of promise.
